ACS Australia’s beginnings were in collaborative research. Our staff have a balance of industry focus and academic strength, enabling guidance and focus in their management of collaborative research.

Ongoing work at the Cooperative Research Centre for Advanced Composite Structures (CRC-ACS) will further technology development in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Biocomposites and Defence applications. Within CRC-ACS and through additional projects, ACS Australia has a truly international focus in collaboration, with projects involving partners in 18 international locations currently underway.

Our staff have both participated in and managed major research collaborations. We also have significant experience and success in writing grant funding applications. We can provide research management services and grant funding application development services to organisations, both within and outside the Composites industry.
