Tony Carolan has extensive experience in the Australian Aerospace Industry. He joined Hawker de Havilland (HdH) in 1965 and held a number of roles in Australia and the UK, progressing through various engineering positions to General Manager of all HdH manufacturing operations, systems engineering and pilot training in 1992. Following the acquisition of HdH by Boeing in 2001, Tony held a number of roles in Boeing as well as serving on a number of boards.

In 2002 Tony was inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame, which recognises individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to sustained manufacturing excellence.

In 2009 Tony retired from Boeing and joined the board of ACS Australia as Chairman.
